We require vendors to show up 2 hours prior to the event starting. This gives you sufficient time to set up everything. Every event has a different schedule so check your inbox for a roll-in email the night before.

Third party Food & beverage vendors are prohibited at Texas Motor Speedway events unfortunately.

We do permit food & beverage vendors at our Bray's events in Madisonville TX. We currently are not able to allow alcohol vendors.

Contact us for more information, generally speaking as long as your products are LEGAL there are no issues.
